Dr. Britto, born in Devakkottai, Southern Tamil Nadu, was the 8th of 12 children. His parents, Mrs. Mary Rajam, a dedicated school teacher, and Mr. Swamikannu Pillai, a government employee, provided their children with quality education despite limited resources. Dr. Britto studied at St. Mary’s School, Dindigul, and St. Joseph’s College, Trichy. He earned an M.Com from Loyola College as a gold medalist, a law degree from the University of Madras, and an MBA from LIBA. Starting his career as a professor at Loyola College, he later moved into logistics. His passion for education and values came from his mother’s influence as a teacher.
